The magnificent office complex that is in its final days of completion is going to ease administrative challenges Moyale Barracks has been facing over the years.

The building, which comprises of over five modern offices and a conference room, has been constructed via the Battalion initiative funds to the tune of K30, million.

According to the Battalion’s Second in Command, Major Exwino Alfred Manjawira, the complex will facelift the barracks and ease some challenges administratively.

“It had been an operational challenge as office space had been a hiccup for the most part of our operations here. So, this building couldn’t have come at a better time than this,” he praised.

Major Manjawira further said the construction is among the continuum of office and residential buildings that the Barracks is uplifting so as to make Moyale a habitable place for all.

“This is a continuation of MDF’s vision of uplifting all buildings (residential and office) so that as soldiers, we have to be living a comfortable and humane life,” he revealed.

As if attesting Major Manjawira’s revelation, Moyale Barracks has seen a lot of soldier houses being renovated and all offices as well, over the period.
