Moyale Barracks Commanding Officer Lt Col Thokozani Chazema thanks athletes for doing a great job in the recent Malawi Defence Force MDF cross country, where two soldiers from Moyale Barracks won second and third Position in mens category.

In his remarks when the athletes were handling the Overall trophy led by coach Zingire said he is much delighted that everytime Moyale become the unit with trophies as far as Athletics is concerned.

He then encouraged the athletes to keep on training in readiness of the up coming events such as The Mzuzu Half Marathon in March.

He added that all companies should encourage female soldiers to join the wagon of athletes at the Barracks.

Moyale Barracks Athletes Coach WOII Always Zingire promise to work hard and bring some more trophies in the next events.

Zingire then ask the CO to continue giving more support to the team as always.

Moyale Barracks Athletes are preparing to participate in the Mzuzu city half Marathon that will be held in March 5, 2023.
