Moyale Barracks FC head coach, Prichard Mwansa, has assured fans that the team will fight to the end to avoid relegation from the 2025 TNM Super League.

Speaking after a hard-fought 2-2 draw against Mighty Tigers FC on Saturday at Mzuzu Stadium, Mwansa praised his players for showing fighting spirit after coming from two goals down to earn a point.

Mighty Tigers led 2–0 early in the match, but Moyale rallied back through goals from Raphael Phiri and Ntopijo Njewa to level the score and keep their survival hopes alive.

“We will fight until the end of the league,” said Mwansa. “We may not be performing at our best, but the boys are showing character and determination. Our goal is to move out of the relegation zone and, if possible, finish in the top eight.”

Moyale Barracks currently sit 13th on the TNM Super League table with 20 points from 19 games. The team has 11 matches remaining to turn their season around.

The technical panel and players have vowed to continue working hard in training and upcoming fixtures to restore confidence and deliver positive results for the Moyale faithful.
