Moyale Barracks Head Coach, Prichard Mwansa said he expects a tough game this afternoon when the team faces Mzuzu City Hammers in the battle for points, bragging rights, and supremacy at the Mzuzu Stadium.

Mwansa was speaking on Friday saying the two teams know each other well as they share the same stadium making it a special game and he describes it as an ‘in-house war’.
“This is a tough game as you know these teams share things in common, we use the same venue, and some players live together let’s say we are almost like brothers so playing Hammers is like we are playing our own, we trained well and we expect our boys to do exactly we tell them to do,” said Mwansa.
Both teams have just lost one game in their last four league matches and they expected to go pound for pound when they face off at Mzuzu Stadium.

Mzuzu City Hammers formerly Ekwendeni Hammers are in good form, unbeatable at Mzuzu Stadium this season as played 4 games, won 3, lost one with 9 points, and on second position.
The team beat Civil Service United, Baka City, and CRECK Sporting Club, losing to Mighty Tigers in Blantyre.
On the other hand, Moyale Barracks have a mixed form in the Super League as they lost once, won two, and drawn once with 7 points from 4 matches.
The Lions of Kaning’ina are unbeaten at home this season winning two games against Mafco and Civil Service United before sharing spoils against Dedza Dynamos. They lost to CRECK Sporting Club in their only away game.
