Moyale Barracks Head Coach, Victor Chingoka says the team will do everything possible to return home with four points as they face relegation-threatened Mighty Waka Waka Tigers this afternoon.

The Lions of Kaning’ina fought hard to snatch a point against Mighty Mukuru Wanderers over the weekend thereby extending their unbeaten streak at Kamuzu Stadium to five games the Nomads.

Heading into the team’s last assignment in the Southern Region, Chingoka says he knows that Tigers will come flat-out but they will try to throw everything to get the win as they target to finish in the top 8.

“Moyale Barracks are a big team,” said Chingoka.

“We know that results haven’t been coming persistently but we need to finish the league in the top half of the table, thus top 8.

“Our previous target was to return home with six points but after a 1-all draw [Mighty Mukuru] Wanderers, we stand strong to return home with four points.”

Mighty Tigers who are 13th with 28 points scooped maximum points in the first round over Moyale Barracks at the Mzuzu Stadium.

A win for the Lions of Kaning’ina will lift them into the top half of the table with 33 points as they currently sit 11th with 30 points.
